Fully Automatic Planetary Stir Frying Pot with Electromagnetic Heating

The inner pot of this equipment adopts a hemispherical stainless steel pot body formed by one-time stamping from Yixing Beihai, with minimal overall roundness error. The stirring teeth fit tightly with the pot body, preventing material agglomeration, sticking, or scorching. It utilizes electromagnetic heating, which features rapid temperature rise, no open flame, no smoke or dust, no harmful gases, and a clean appearance. It produces no thermal radiation to the surrounding environment and ensures stable safety performance. This significantly improves the working environment and hygiene conditions while saving 20%-30% more energy compared to conventional electric heating. The stirring method employs a special tilting rotation mechanism, allowing the planetary stirrer to fully contact the pot body and achieve a non-integer rotation ratio between revolution and self-rotation, eliminating dead zones in the pot. The rotation and sealing structure facilitates easy cleaning, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Equipped with variable frequency speed control, the rotation speed can be adjusted from zero to high speed, enabling precise temperature control and stable operation. The hydraulic discharging method separates the stirrer from the pot body before tilting for hydraulic discharging, reducing labor intensity.
The equipment supports four heating methods: steam heating, gas heating, electric thermal oil heating, and electromagnetic heating.
